Authors are entitled to one free copy of the printed journal. If you are an author, a copy will be delivered to you at no additional cost.
Readers who wish to order a printed copy of the journal may do so upon request.
To place an order, please follow these steps:

• Contact us via email at [email protected]  Please specify the number of copies you wish to order and, if possible, the issue number of the journal you are interested in.
• The price of the printed journal will be based on the number of pages in the issue and will include all printing and delivery costs.
• The price will be provided upon request, after we assess the number of pages and the quantity of copies ordered.
• Ordered printed issues will be delivered to the address you provide when placing the order. Delivery costs are included in the price of the order.
